If I take full responsibility for my part in any difficulties, how would this change things?
The common denominator in all the challenges we have in life is that we are part of that situation. One of the ideas I share with my clients about living a fulfilled life is to eradicate any aspect of victimhood and blame that we carry. Of course there are certain situations that may have happened that truly are out of our control but on a daily basis how do we allow ourselves to be a victim of circumstances.
