Many of us try to fill our life with too much stuff instead of quality people and experiences. We all have had that experience of getting something that we have wanted for a long time ( new car, clothing, etc) only to have the excitement fade away after a few days. We then move on to something new to bring into our life to replace that feeling.
Take out a notebook and make a list of the things in your life that you have gratitude for, what aspects of your life are truly full and ask yourself when will you know when you have enough of that in your life.
