NET is a mind-body technique that uses a methodology of finding and removing neurological imbalances related to the physiology of unresolved stress. NET is a tool that can help improve many behavioral and physical conditions.
NET can be considered a “Complementary Or Alternative Health Care Treatment” and as per Florida law 456.41 ” citizens should be able to make informed choices for any type of health care they deem to be an effective option for treating human disease, pain, injury, deformity, or other physical or mental condition. “
Also, clients should “be able to choose from all health care options, including the prevailing or conventional treatment methods as well as other treatments designed to complement or substitute for the prevailing or conventional treatment methods.”
In 2003, Governor Jeb Bush established the Complimentary or Alternative Health Care Therapy (CATH Care)Proclamation allowing licensed practitioners to utilize resources within the healing arts of Mind-Body therapies, Homeopathy, Food and Food Supplements, etc., in a broader fashion.
