Stress and isolation have taken their toll on singles as well as those in families and relationships. Nothing is “normal” and sheltering in place means we have less contact with “the outside world” and that increases our stress levels. For those who live alone or who cannot visit with friends and family as they are accustomed to, the coronavirus pandemic is manifesting itself in higher incidences of stress, anxiety and depression.
Reach out and contact us or connect with a friend or family member. Hop on a Zoom call or a Facetime chat. Take a walk around the neighborhood. Get out of the house, get fresh air and reinvigorate yourself while we all try to work through this “new normal.” If so, please give our office a call.

Don’t self-isolate: There are many ways to connect, even if you can’t do it face-to-face. If you live alone, not being able to get out and go to a coffee shop or the gym can lead to loneliness.
